I wanted to complain about the fact that I spent 800.00 on a Dolce and Gabbanna frame that broke after 4months. They wanted to charge me 50% to replace what was obviously a defect. They broke down and replaced the frame with a display model. Then a few months later I called them to inquire about my scratch protection as my lenses are scratched up. I took my 84 year old mother to Target Christmas shopping. She needed either a wheelchair or motoriazed cart as she is disabled and we didn't take her wheelchair with us knowing they usually have them . Our Spectroniq 32 in. LCD was working fine when I went turned it off Saturday night. When I went to turn it on Sunday morning, the tv wasn't powering up. Cable is working. Plug in wall is working. Bought brand new GE Profile convection/Gas double oven in May 2008 and while the stove is stainless steel the knobs on the stove are plastic covered in stainless steel tape. Yes TAPE! The tape on knobs has melted and become crazed from the heat of the oven. As a result the knobs have sharp edges that have crackled and are sharp. I would strongly advise anyone to take the advice of the Attorney General's office in Florida and do not ever pay for a trip unless you use a credit card so that you have some leverage if the company cancels and tries to keep your money. We just came back from Eastern Caribbean Cruise on a Thanksgiving week of 2008 on Carnival Splendor. My 11 yrs son was punched in the eye by an African American kid in the Arcade because my son asked him to take turn on a free play machine. I am a South African in England using a Visa card for my money. This morning I was told that my card has been closed. There is no reason for this - just that it has been closed. As a travel agent I booked tickets for two of my pax thru the website. Due to the airport closure in Bangkok Airport the pax missed their international flight to Thailand.
