I had some issue with my patio cover and called American Patio Cover Plus they promised to call me back but they never did. They Just has this habit of receiving call and always promise to call back but they never do. I received a fax back in Feb. 2008 at my work in a large corporate office. I figured it was a great deal with $397 a person. All of the information seemed to be there. I booked a flight for my wife, infant son and I to Singapore (11/2/2009). Three quarters of the way through the booking and, sadly, after the payment screen, the internet connection went down. We also purchased a 2 bedroom suite at Villa Del Arco, we love Cabo and go there a couple of times a year so we though it would be wonderful. WRONG!
