The travel certificate for 3 days/2 night stipulates a 30 - 90 day advance notice and three destination choices. I requested an arrival date 60 days in advance during off-peak season in April. Also, two of the picks are were "off the beaten path." We also purchased a 2 bedroom suite at Villa Del Arco, we love Cabo and go there a couple of times a year so we though it would be wonderful. WRONG! I bought a truck from them for $29, 002.00 . part of the sale was they had to fix the power mirors. The contract said in a 30 day period . I soon found that the tail lights would flicker on and off . I called a minimum of 15 times to get the truck fixed . Each time I called I was told we will check into it and get back to you . I never heard back . I received a fax at work for a vacation package to Mexico. I thought it was a great deal and wanted to take my husband on a trip. So, I booked it. Non refundable trips, with this economy due to layoffs or hours cut, or hourly wages cut, people who qualified at time of purchase, may not qualify now.
