NWA lost my daughters luggage in Detroit and despite finding it, failed to deliver it in a timely manner. In spite of repeated phone calls to customer service providing all the requested information and guarantees that the bag would be delivered promptly, she has not been contacted about delivery which was supposed to occour today. The suitcase has perishables of which they were notified. NWA staff are the most incompetent on the planet. NWA customer service is obnoxious. I applied as directed on my dog. He was restless all night long. When I woke the next morning he was drooling and acting nutty. I travelled out to South Korea 9th Dec 08, AF5553 from Aberdeen was delayed 1 hr because the crew didn't turn up until 30mins after our departure time.
