In August 2008, attended a travel-related meeting in Texas, and was given a gift of voucher for 2 free r/t air tickets and 2 free nights in a hotel. We had to send in $50 and identify three Tuesdays over several months when we would travel non-peak, etc. We did so. Then new conditions were imposed...this is a SCAM. This visa card is a joke. I have 6 cards 1 that I can't spend the balance on because they say I have a permentant card which I know I don't have. They take $2.00 everytime I talk to a person. I still can't spend the balance and I guess they will take $4.95 each month till they use all this money. I have never seen such a scam in all my life. Stayed at hotel and had a receipt under my door in the morning showing a charge of $151.04 which included a $12.99 movie...the movie should have been the only charge. I purchased a hat from LJ Sawtooth in March of 2008 at the Festival Of The West paid in full cash. I have yet to see a hat or my money. I talked with him and his wife several times in May, June, July Every time I would get the same excuses as to why I didn't have my hat and a promise I would get it. The Coaching Institute must have gone out of business or something. I paid a pretty hefty sum for the information, received some value but not all they committed. Their guarantee, that finally sold me, was "you will recoup at least double your cost inside 12 months, or we'll keep coaching you until you do". I felt that although the coaching and the information provide was of value, I put forward my best effort and have yet to recoup my investment. They were accommodated at our 5 star Relais & Chateau establishment on two occassions and have not settled their accounts with us as of yet.
