FMW LABORATORIES
We ordered only one of their products and were billed the $3.95 plus shipping. We did not order any more products and they sent another package and billed our credit card without persmission for $87.00 plus shipping. We have notified our credit card company and also FMW and told them they were scamming us and our account was to be credited immediately. We talked to Kyle at FMW and he reassured us that would happen. As of today it still has not been taken care of. The second package is in the process of going back to Florida. Having flown to Orlando with my family of four on Virgin Atlantic on 16 November 2008 with pre-booked seats we did not expect any problems on our return flight to the UK on 4th December 2008. However, at check-in, although we were well within the check-in times, we were told in no uncertain terms there were no seats for us. I had booked return flt tkt from Mumbai-Hyderabad-Mumbai in the first week of Jan. After reaching Hyderabad, I recd an urgent call from my employer and had to travel abroad from Hyderabad.

Bought from this website because they represented they were discreet. We now recieve indiscreet mailings about sex toys, lotions, and lingerie on postcards in the mail. I was SOOOOO mortified when my son brought in the mail. I called the company and they told me they will not stop these mailings without consent of my husband!

Free holday offer to my mother in law then she paid £290 on the promise of £150 back on arrival in turky . Now the company has sent information saying that due reasons outwith there control the holiday has to be cancelled and changed to another date in March .
Personaly i dont hold out much hope for this materialising as i smell a rat as it was meant to be a free holliday and now international vacations hold in there possetion £290 of my mother inlaws money. read full review »

We booked a cruise directly with RCI, instead we ended up in a reconditioning/construction zone. Imagine being on a cruise ship, for a well-needed vacation, that you paid good money for, and you end up being in TOXIC FUMES for approximately 7 days of your cruise. We went through paint scraping, painting (marine-based paint), tearing down of walls, putting up walls with SPRAYED ON GLUE (maintenance workers wore respirators), the tearing up and putting down rugs in our entire stateroom area! NWA lost my daughters luggage in Detroit and despite finding it,
failed to deliver it in a timely manner. In spite of repeated phone
calls to customer service providing all the requested information
and guarantees that the bag would be delivered promptly, she has
not been contacted about delivery which was supposed to occour
today. The suitcase has perishables of which they were notified.
NWA staff are the most incompetent on the planet. NWA customer
service is obnoxious. Airlines should be held accountable for such

This is my 14th day staying at the Best Western on the Lougheed Highway, Maple Ridge BC.
Here is the usual scenario every fourth or fifth time I go to my room:

I recently had the worst 2 journeys ever with Air France. I travelled out to South Korea 9th Dec 08, AF5553 from Aberdeen was delayed 1 hr because the crew didn't turn up until 30mins after our departure time. W e were delayed a further 30mins in Paris because there was no one to put the aircraft steps in. I got on AF264 paris to seoul at 13.15, we didn't take off for our 11hr flight until 17.00, apparently we were waiting all that time on de icing.
