Left my car with Avistar for a week . When I returned my radar detector was removed. People at the lot said there is nothing they can do. Submitted claim - cliam manager told me it is Company policy to let employees take whatever they want from the cars because it says on the back of your ticket that the Company is not responsible. The high toll department called me about a week later and told me that my balance was more then $700 and that my long distance was restricted. I have called a number of times since Sept. 19 2008 and have yet to have my card function. I have the temp card and the real card and no one has been able to activate my card. I can not put money on the card and I can not use the card. I have filed a number of complaints with no response. I have submittd a Refrence Escalation Form and was to receive a call within 72 hours. The whole interview was a scam, they say they sell parts to Kirby when they want you to sell their vaccum's. The interviewer talks extremely fast so that you can barely understand him, and when you are so exited about probably getting the job, they convieniently leave out important details like pay rate, and structured work schedules. And then you call and they tell you you are hired and come to training tomorrow. It's all a very faced paced deal to confuse and exite the unemployem people into agreeing to do a sub par job that they probably wouldn't want if it were all explained slowly and clearly to them. read full review »
