Zynex medical has long been billing insurance companies for products that have been returned. Anthem finally found out and filed a claim and won. Thomas Sanddgard has also been issuing stock options to employees that do not exist. several people have already filed complaints with the SEC. It is only a matter of time before the company folds. Zynex with charge $4, 000 to the insurance companies for a product that a consumer can buy for $10. His line of credit will also be in default. In Nov-Dec of 2007, I booked an advertised Independent FAM trip to Tahiti, with VIP ESCAPES. There are many hidden fees. The room rate is higher than what you can get from the hotel. They charge extra fees but they don't show all the charges. They make it impossible to change date or cancel. They charge $50 PER PERSON if you want to cancel it within 14 days. This is unbelievable. The customer service does not help at all. I feel they intentionally set up many tricks. Once you get in, no way is out. How could they do business like that? They don't think for their customers. I will never use their website again and recommend anyone not to use. read full review »

I authorized for payment of 4.99. I did not authorize payment for 88.97, and this resulted in an overdraft at my bank. The product that was shipped on Nov. 17, 2008 will be sent back immediately along with the product that was for 4.99 as I did not try it yet, and I will never fall into a problem like this again. I would like reimbersment for the 88.97 credited to my account and I will pay the overdraft. If this is not credited, I will pursue this farther and ask for reimberment of the overdrafts also. My husband and I booked a room at Days Inn North in Davenport, Ia because the online pictures of the pool facilities were very nice. We were not told until after we checked in that the pool was drained, as well as the hot tub. When we went to the door that was supposed to be locked for security purposes we didnt need our key to get in at all, because there was a rug rolled up to keep it open EVERY time we left and returned to the hotel.
