We purchased a sofa set back in october, we were told that the sofa would be delivered two weeks later as per our request. The brick did not call to inform us that the sofa was not in, yet waited for me to call them with questions. If you bought with them, check your paperwork. You probably missed a signature on one of the documents, but I guarantee you that if you requested a copy from the corporate office, your signature would be on that document.
