When you book online with Days Inn, there is a "no refund" policy that is NOWHERE described on their website. I booked online and then immediately phoned the hotel when I realized I had booked the wrong location (Ottawa, Kansas instead of Ottawa, Ontario). I called the hotel and customer service but they said I had to pay for my mistake even though I called them within seconds of making the mistake.
