In April 2007 I responded to the advertising 9f DirectTV and alllowed a young man from out of state to install a disk. For a few weeks I was able to get the channels they promised. This travel agency is the worst place to buy any ticket from. The manager whose name is Naheed does not have any knowledge in the ticket booking. She is extremely rude and once you paid your ticket price she does not care anymore. Direct TV called a couple of weeks ago to tell me that my HD receiver had been recalled and they were sending me a new one. They did and I installed it my self.
