I am an AT&T customer currently and have never been with Cingular wireless. I recieved a collection bill in the mail from AFNI stating that I had an outstanding debt of $80.50 from Cingular wireless. Buyer Beware as the saying goes. The US Air Credit Card offer is a very bad joke on anyone who thinks they are going to get a free round trip ticket. At best you may get one of your dates during an entire month. No guarantee if it is coming or going: Not gonna happen. Beware of potential problems booking and paying for a vacation with Vantage Deluxe World Travel. They will cancel your trip that was already paid in full, not notify you in a timely manner, and not reply to your concerns. I came here for a 2 week conference. The room I had (on 12th flr) was clean but old. The toilet ran all the time even after they came to fix it (3 times) I finally just kept the door closed and stopped calling. A colleague changed her room 4 times because there are large air conditioners outside many of the windows and if you room is below the 6th floor they are very loud. Departing from LAX to Dallas should have been an easy ride for us, visitors from Sydney, Australia. Unfortunately because of a very RUDE and UNHELPFUL employee who called DENIA, the trip became unpleasant. My wife and I requested to get some help with the automated check in machine but she was so rude who refused yes officially refused to help us. I could not believe what we have been going through. Company called me in Australia on home phone offering deal. I unfortunately gave them my credit card details and they charged my card. It was supposed to be towards accommodation in Florida. Company does not answer phone calls and larger amount was charged to my card. ACCC in Australia said that web site was registered in Arizonia. This scam was supposed to be $349 and could of easily of been more. How many other people have they tricked. We just canceled our "free vacation" and are stuck with a $60.00 charge. They tell you you will be staying in one of their resorts, but when you get your confirmation in the mail, it ends up being the Red Roof Inn. When my husband called to inquire about the lodging, they had enough nerve to play back a recording of the phone call they made to offer him the vacation, and said he agreed to their accommodations. I purchased something called an Ultimate Vacation Adventure, which entitles me to round trip airfare for two to a variety of locations in the US. This was purchased on the WELE travel show for $125. Advance resorts of America Potlatch resort Laconner, Washington. At first look everything seemed good. Outdoor park tidy although seemed to have many puddles of water around campsites. The recreation room and showers are terrible. There is no handicap access to the weight room that I could find, the swim pool downstairs was nice, there are two hot tubs. Stayed here April 17, 18, & 19. First nite Diesel bus ran outside our door all nite. Next nite frat party upstairs, and diesel bus. Last nite diesel bus and party went wild. Boys holding girls over the balcony, by the ankles. Complained many times to the front office, but all woman said was that she wasn't the manager. Store Manager was very rude when I inquried about paying my account off early. If you pay it off early by phone you are charged a $15. service fee. How ever they did not send the statement to me in time so I could pay it off early by mail and have the payment in by the pay off date. The local store managers were extremely rude when I called to see if I could pay it at the local store.
