I purchased a TV stand from TheNerds.net. The total cost was 290.29 with shipping. When the package arrived only one of the two boxes was delivered. Customer service told me that I would have to pay extra for the top, bottom, and back of the cabinet. I looked on line to purchase the rest of the cabinet and they did not stock it. When you book online with Days Inn, there is a "no refund" policy that is NOWHERE described on their website. I booked online and then immediately phoned the hotel when I realized I had booked the wrong location (Ottawa, Kansas instead of Ottawa, Ontario). I have a court judgement on my credit report that was paid in 2007, i tried to dispute it because it says that i owe it on my credit report, but MRC must have lied and verified that it was correct. when i know for fact that the account was paid in February 2007, because it had to be paid in order for me to get my drivers license back.
