I have to agree about cruise value centre. I have worked with a lot of travel agencies and just plain and simple once they get your money they could care less about you. I have left several messages with questions and concerns and just have to keep calling back finally I will get someone. I definitely will NOT use them again. When I finally reach Marsha I feel as if her attitude is saying why are you bothering me. If I hear one more time I am not really making that much money I am going to puke. i made a booking for a hotel in galway last thursday through this site but never received a confirmation e-mail. I received an e-mail saying i am now a member of the cheap hotels resort and can access my booking through the resorvations@cheaphotelsresorts with a password and my e-mail address. We bought a package from Special T and saved for 8 months to take our dream family vacation to the Bahamas. Special T made so many mistakes our vacation turned into a nightmare. We paid their extra costs for the cruise but wasn't allowed to leave the port because they failed to inform us of necessary documents. Unfortunately we did purchase Blueegreen Resort points. We have never got to use them. We were also told that they would sell our other time shares through a place called Pinnacle. We were told that they just worked exclusively on time share reselling.
