My complaint is because bookings.com works with a hotel by the name of Bungalowpark Domaine de Chodes in Belgium, which apart from being of awful quality, also rips off their customers. In the confirmation they sent me they said that the credit card was only for reservation, and that they wouldn't apply payment. Then they asked for a wire transfer. The thing happened on 12th-Dec.-2006 when I came to Toronto only for 3 months. I have just got back from my holidays I departed Bangkok on the 10th of August flight departed roughly on time and although we were due to land at 7.15pm at Heathrow we were actually flying around Heathrow area at 6.40pm. Living conditions were extremely unsanitary! A puppy chuhuahua looked bloated and looked like it was being choked to death by it's colar. There were two golden retreivers with urine soaked bedding, and fecies caked in clumps on their fur and in between their paws. The was a lab living with the same conditions. Not to mention that these poor puppies were to big for the glass box they were sleeping in. There was also a Rottwieller puppy that looked like it was starving. You could see her hip bones and spine.
