MLT does not guarantee anything when you book a trip. Not the room or beds so if you book a room for a family of 4 be prepared to have someone sleep on the floor, maybe. We were put in a room with one bed for 4 people and the desk clerk and manager really did not care. We spent $7000 on this trip to Playa and my kids spent the first nights on Beach chairs. MLT said to talk to the hotel, the hotel said to talk to MLT.This is nothing but a run around, pass the buck etc.They sent a voucher for your next trip. I travelled from US to India on Kuwait Airlines and my baggage was lost and it's been 13 days till now and I still do not know the status of my bag. I had to buy new clothes as the missing bag contains all my clothes. The unknown status of my baggage caused a lot of mental agony and ruined my total schedule as it had many important documents. So many promises and not a single one delivered. On March 4, 2008, I purchased with bank draft a whirlpool washer and dryer. The washer was not in stock and would be in four weeks. Heres the info from the people that stayed there. On our trip to Jamaica in March, we stayed at the Riu in Negril. The first night there they upgraded us to a suite and someone entered our room while we were sleeping and stole our travelers checks out of the safe. The people two doors down were also robbed during the night. They had all their IDs stolen. We were lucky it was just travelers checks. They probably thought it was cash.
