I have tried many times to find this website to redeem my promised rebate. The first few times I tried, it caused a Virus Protection program to pop up which I still have not been able to get rid of. Every time I log on now, that stupid Ant-virus program pops up in three different locations, and sometimes I have to shut down to get rid of it. After contacting Rona Canada I was told to phone Honeywell. I did and was told that they guaranty it for 90 days. After that tough luck . I did not expect it to break down so soon. I bought it as a Christmas present for my son. Honeywell told me to ship it to California. They offered me $40.00. I do not think that a wine fridge gets much wear or tear. The hotel is extremely unsafe and dangerous. The staff unfriendly. Bad location. We were doing the check in at 9.15 pm, when the employee of the reception insisted us to go breakfast. When we went to breakfast room (which is located in the lobby), 2 people who were there having breakfast and apparently were not passengers of the hotel) stole us the handbag with our belongings, passports, money, credit cards. I followed all of the terms and conditions very carefully, but never received "Travel Request Form" to complete and return. After four months I called and was told that since I had not contacted them earlier, the offer was no longer valid. They said they mailed out my form in late April and I do not doubt that. The fact remains, however, that I did not receive the form to send back to them. I never really thought that I would get two airline tickets, anyway, but it was worth a try.
