My wife and her 2 sisters and brother stayed this past weekend at the Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville, NC, which is close to the Marine Base there to meet our nephew return after his 2nd tour in Iraq. Even though the hotel was under renovations and would not have electricity at times throughout the weekend, they failed to notify people that had reservations, of that fact and insisted that they could not do anything about it except give them a small discount. We purchased two silver weeks at Marbella. The "pitch" of the week was that we would buy silver. IF we traded to Interval early, we could book a gold week and that it would be rented by Interval or Marriott for big money. WELL... interval does not rent anything. That is their policy. I has as usual bought my ticket at Egmore station and boarded the train to St. thomas Mount station. An unusual crowd boarded the train at Saidapet station and the whole compartment was packed with no space to move. This is the ladies compartment. And further in Guindy some more got in. I have just received my shipment from Access USA and in the shipment a dress from Neiman Marcus has gone missing. It was included in my invoice, it was also taken off my record but the dress and the receipt is not in the shipment. This is not the first time that they have messed up my shipment. Don't deal with this agency, they don't know what a customer service is. This is what happened to me: Authorized a transaction for a vacation trip for three: 2 adults, 1 child -age 3 to Mexico. My understanding is that I could use this card anywhere and I would not be charged the activation fee until the card was issued and set up in the system by going to WWW. Horizongoldcard.com. I have large garden, so I ordered this Auger to help me plant. When I called, i should hang up, right away, bu they first get my credit card #. The call was confusing, wery much presure to buy and add stuff. All was suposed by just 19.95.
