I flew with Iberia Airlines from New York to Madrid and to Istanbul, round trip. Overall, I had great experience with Iberia; the service was outstanding, there were no major delays, the personnel were helpful and the food was great. I got a Multi-Vacation Extravaganza certificate from Perfect Travel Promotions and was originally very excited about the trip, so I sent in my $50 refundable deposit and trying to make a reservation using the 3 days 2 nights portion of the certificate. No Service Back up. Dealer in Fardibad, Legend Service Center is the worst service provider. Water quality in Fardiabad is worst in India and on the top of that Eureka Forbes has appointed Legent Service as their service center. This is related to SURAT AMHEDABAD MEMU Passenger TRAIN no M713 running between SURAT TO AHMEDABAD. This train has not run in its scheduled time in any single day. the train departs 00.30 hr TO 1.00 HR late every day from SURAT TO ANAND STATION to its unscheduled departure time causing loss to public money. It is unfortunate in which route buses runs overloaded trains runs on loss. They had stated that fitness center was there in the apartment complex, but later during the stay we found out that the fitness center was not there and that we had to travel 5-6 miles away from the apartment to use the coupon they had provided for the fitness center.
