A friend of mine flew to Dubai on Tuesday 4th December 2007, he packed one bag for a three month trip. When he arrived in Dubai his bag went missing, after trying everything he could at Dubai Airport and missing his flight to Austria, I also contacted Jo-burg Emirates, aswell as his travel agent. I had unfortunately booked tickets from ezeego1.com, I booked the tickets for 17Feb'08 and because of some silly system mistake my tickets got confirmed for 16Feb'08. I have the mail from ezeego1.com which says my schedule is for 17 Feb'08 but when i confirmed it with Airdeccan they said it is for 16 Feb'08. I have been trying to call up these guys from ezeeego for last 20 days but nobody seems to give heed to any mails or calls. It is the worst experience i have had with any service industry. How in the world is it possible for someone to steal a traveler's digital camera from their baggage? This camera was a Christmas present from us to our son. He packed it in his suitcase for his honeymoon only to find it gone (case still there) once they, him and his new wife, got to their destination in Costa Rica. The room was dirty and had a horrible odor. The bathroom at the airport was cleaner than the bathroom in our room. The shower was rusted and there were bugs in the room.
