Dear Sir, I have purchased 2 tickets online through credit card ( Confirmation No.U8GHAV Book date on 03-11-07 & I8FKBN Book date on 05-11-07). Tried to book in at Glasgow desk then told flight was canceled, then was told to drive to Edinburgh tried to book in and was told flight had just left, both Glasgow and Ebinburgh staff were totally ignorant and would like for them to be reprimanded. Southwest Airlines policy at stated on their website is that children between the ages of 5 to 11 flying unaccompanied by an adult will be preboarded and identified to the flight attendant as such. Very misleading to represent FREE airline tickets when it actually will cost us $400 to $500 for the 2 tickets. It may be less than what we could buy the tickets for, however, maybe not.
