I was also ripped off by this company. I purchased the Fresh Prince Belair series for my son for Christmas. The money was taken out October 7, 2007. I still had not received the DVD's by December 1. Within 2 HOURS of sending an emai complaint to Jitterbug, on a Satderday NIGHT, I had TWO replies from the VP. Periodically, Choice Hotels runs bonus points specials such as stay 2 separate occasions at a Choice Brand Hotel and receive 1 night free. During their fall promotion I stayed at 2 different choice brand hotels qualifying for the free night. I was awarded 5000 bonus points. It was supposed to be 8000 points. I have called numerous times trying to get some type of title search form showing that everything is paid in full for our timeshare. I was told is was mailed out but, I am yet to receive it. My hotel stay was AWFUL... I rented a room for one full week. I had previously stayed at Budget suites at different locations and was satisfied with the room, staff and my accommodations. But I would advise everyone to stay away from this Budget Suite off 360 highway in Grand Prairie, TX. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. I arrived in Delhi on 17 Dec from Washington IAD in Air France. First flight was AF039 starting from IAD on Dec 16 and connecting flight was AF148 from Paris to Delhi. Contacted by phone and name to sell my resort timeshare at Stormy Point Village in Branson, Mo. Very convincing because they seem to have the info on what you own before they contact you. Was told they have corporate buyers interested in purchasing at the resort for their employees use. That part made sense because there are those companies that do that. Unable to have transaction go through so quit & went to Priceline.com where I successfully purchased ticket, got confirmation, took the trip. Much grieved to note that the company service out-let at Erragadda, Hyderabad doesn't provide the necessary spare parts on demand of the customer. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. This is a problem because the employees were still there and i would have had at least some chance of recovering my property if the police were allowed to do their jobs that day. During my return from Manchester to Chennai, the check-in baggage was lost. In spite of repeated calls to Emirates, I have not got my baggage yet. It has been four days now. The travel was horrible. I had a terrible experience with Northwest Airlines. This is my first time to fly to US and NWA for that matter. From day 1 the agents in Manila cannot get us a good flight to North Carolina and we ended up flying to DC. We drove from DC to NC then.
