I went to Berville for work purposes. My company booked me and my colleagues at Bingelela Lodge. We received a very bad service. Our rooms were never cleaned for the whole week we were there. Our towels were never changed, even after notifying the manager nothing was done. It was very difficult to stay in such a dirty place. We booked at Bingelela Lodge in Bergville with my colleagues, we checked in on the 09 May 2008 and checked out on the 17 May 2008. The service we received was very very poor. Our rooms did not receive any cleaning, we were never supplied with clean towels, we used the same towel from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. Lost a whole day of vacation because USAir flight 473 JFK to Vegas 05/05/2008 9:40 am was cancelled they rebooked us on a American Airlines flight at 4:55pm sat in airport for almost 8 hours was giving nothing not even a food voucher or where to go to other terminal. I has as usual bought my ticket at Egmore station and boarded the train to St. thomas Mount station. An unusual crowd boarded the train at Saidapet station and the whole compartment was packed with no space to move. This is the ladies compartment. And further in Guindy some more got in. In this confusion, I happened to drop my ticket that I was holding to in the crowd. Were promised two free airline tickets in return for 90 minute attendance. we declined the our chase of the "Travel Plan", but instead of getting tickets we received an activation form with 14 conditions. Summer Bay Resort - what can I say? Like million others out there, I'm severely burnt and was scammed from this so called vacation package bought from Summer Bay. Someone got to do something about this. Government agency, please do review their business practice, they do not tell you everything when they try hard to sell to you. I have just received my shipment from Access USA and in the shipment a dress from Neiman Marcus has gone missing. It was included in my invoice, it was also taken off my record but the dress and the receipt is not in the shipment. This is not the first time that they have messed up my shipment. Don't deal with this agency, they don't know what a customer service is. This is what happened to me: Authorized a transaction for a vacation trip for three: 2 adults, 1 child -age 3 to Mexico. October 07 my husband and I with another couple visited Branson. To get discounted show tickets we agreed to a vacation presentation with VTC, LLC. My understanding is that I could use this card anywhere and I would not be charged the activation fee until the card was issued and set up in the system by going to WWW. Horizongoldcard.com. I have large garden, so I ordered this Auger to help me plant. When I called, i should hang up, right away, bu they first get my credit card #. The call was confusing, wery much presure to buy and add stuff. All was suposed by just 19.95. They charged my 61.75, and when the stuff come, it is useles, too short, and it does not brake the ground. The drill they included looks so cheap, and is not regargable, but has short electric cable.
