I have made 6 calls to your tec support, to get my vonatage phone working, we had a cable outage in our area, so now for 3 days I do not have phone service and no HIGHLY TRAINED TECH CAN HELP ME. If I do not have this resolved by tomorrow March 20, I will change back to my old phone service. Papillion / Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours
Four of us went on their half hour tour. Three of us got good window seats, however, my seat was in the middle of two adult males. I was squished like a sardine between the two. The seat belt had no expansion. I am a normal size, thin woman, however the seat belt was so tight, it cut into me the entire ride. The floor below me came up about six inches where I had to raise my knees up toward my chest and the roof about my seat came down over half a foot so I had to duck a bit. I'm 5'10". I'm actually just sharing this nightmare which my sister just suffered on her extremely recently flight from Dallas to Lahore this week. My sister Asma Haque with her husband and 2 children had been planning to visit Lahore for the wedding of her husband's younger brother since October last year. Paid both Prestige and American Timeshare to sell our timeshare in Florida. The promise was 90 days and it would be sold also we would get back monies we sent to the other company. I and my three young children, ages ten months, two years, and three years were severely harrassed at the San Diego International Airport on March 6, 2008.
My husband had purchased tickets for our flight to St. Louis, Missouri on March 1, 2008 at the airport. At the time of purchase, the employee did not know how to process the transaction (of AIRPLANE TICKETS) and had to call her superior to do her job.

Pacific Whale Foundation - Molokini Snorkeling Tour
The boat takes you to Molokini Island to snorkel and see wonderful marine life. What they fail to tell you is that you are only allowed to snorkel in a tiny 100 x 100 foot box area marked by buoys!! For an island that is 400-500 yards long they will only let you explore a tiny sliver of the sea life that abounds. They patrol the "boundaries" with Gestapo-like efficiency and verbally corral you into their box. This is like taking a child to a playground and confining him to only enjoy the slide. I purchased this car 12/5/07 and it stop running 12/6/07 and I have had numerous problems since purchase. I tried to return the used car but of course was told by the dealer the problem was now mine. They lied to us about the value of our Las Vegas timeshare which they promised to sell for $12,000. We were required to list with Resorts Solutions (a partner in the scam) for $500. I kept reducing the price but it did not sell for $100. We were given 3 weeks at El Cid which we were told we could sell for $2200 each. Again, no sale at $500.
We were assured that we bought enough points for a 2 bedroom unit at El Cid & other RCI resorts. El Cid raised the number of points so we are no longer able to get a 2 bedroom unit. read full review »

While vacationing on the island of Vieques in Jan this year our beach bag, which also had our airline tickets in it, was stolen.
A few days later when we arrived at the Vieques Air Link desk in the small airport there we were informed we must buy two more tickets to replace the lost ones. This, despite the fact that they had a record of us already paying for the tickets that were stolen. I booked the jacuzzi suite and the top sheet on the bed popped off all night without a mattress pad underneath. There wasn't any pillow cases on the pillows and there wasn't any hot water for the shower or sink. I paid $138.00 for this room. read full review »

Recently my brother was married and spent the weekend in Logan UT at the Econo Lodge. As a wedding gift I payed for 1 night of the stay. I called the front dest a few days prior to the Reservation, and arranged payment. On tues of the following week I received the charge for the second night which overdrew the account and as a result I was charged $20.00 by my bank. I tried to call the motel and I spoke the GM. After repeated telephone calls to make vacation arrangements, I finally gave up because I was put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes the first two times I called. After filing a complaint, someone from Spirit Incentives called me. Once again, when I tried to get back to Spirit Incentives, I was put on hold... I finally hung up.

I am an owner of a Marriot Grand Chateau in Las Vegas, Nevada which I’ve purchased in July 22, 2006.
It was a so easy to sign the agreement and make the purchase. They assured of that even though I was not a US resident my purchase and my ownership will be a smooth sailing.

Caveat Emptor when dealing with Westgate Resorts, and the State of Florida.
My fiance and I were solicited, and accepted (mistake) a great deal from Westgate Resorts regarding discounted hotel rooms and shows in Las Vegas, Nevada. If we gave Westgate Resorts $159 we would receive, among other benefits, a vacation package that included the aforementioned discounts. That sounded great as I am sure it could have been.

I had a confirmed reservation on EK241 from Dubai to Montreal in Business Class on Feb.29 Emirates overbooked the Business Class and because of wrong direction from the ground staff not only did I end up in Economy Class but the ground staff kept my ticket and baggage claim for one suitcase. The Cabin supervisor was helpful to ensure that someone would look after me in Toronto.

My order no.is 3735334. The product is a 41 piece toolkit and screwdriver set with clip-on bits. As directed, an amount of Rs.226/- vide Chq. no.144513 dtd.20/03/07 drawn on State Bank of India, Shastrinagar Branch, Chandrapur, was sent mentioning the order details. He called the franchisel owner/manger about the charge and she said it was due to a curtain rod being broken. I was the last person to leave the room and there was no damage when we left. My first ever journey with NWA came out to be a bitter experience. Let me just narrate the story in short.
I started from Seoul to Detroit by NWA flight on 18th of Feb 2008. the ticket was booked few weeks in advance with all iterinary and meal preferences confirmed. Days Inn Port Wentworth
My husband and I checked into the Days Inn Port Wentworth, Georgia. We asked for a non-smoking room. We checked out around 6:00 AM. When I looked at what I was charged, I found an additional $50 charge. After calling the hotel, and speaking with the manager, I was told that housekeeping said we had smoked in the room. This is impossible. I disputed this with my credit card company. When I received a copy of the letter sent by the hotel to the credit card company, explaining the charge, I became enraged.
