This is the worst company for customer service. We called in a no heat call, they sent a tech out who stated that we were out of oil. We called they company and was not due for another oil delivery for over a month, we also asked the tech if the oil tank was leaking, he assured us it was not. We had a reservation, guaranteed with a credit card for a 3 day trip to visit our daughter in Hollywood. We arrived late at night and were told they had overbooked so we would have to go to another hotel. They sent us miles away to a shabby part of town with a noisy bar right next door. This was very frightening to us as we are somewhat elderly and don't usually drive at night. The hotel had no carpeting or hot water. The hotel manager said this happens all the time. Warning! I bought the norton 360 protection, for my computer at home. When I installed it, my computer went off line and I could not, for the life of me, get my computer back on line. I was very upset! So I went down stairs, ate dinner, put the kids to bed, went to bed myself, and had sex with my wife. There was nothing else that I could do, until the next day. I took my computer to the shop and $150.00 later, my computer is up and running with no Norton 360 any ware on my computer. We flew with Aerolineas Argentinas from Madrid to Buenos Aires on 26 December 2007. On that flight, apart from the aging aircraft, with broken reading lamps, essentially inedible food and the low-quality inflight entertainment, they lost the luggage (and delivered it only 36 hours later!). Marketing Advantage consists of about 5 little companies with about 2 employees. They contact you and sell you the opportunity to go to a Wyndham time shares sales preview. You get nothing but referred to Wyndham who may hold you for up to 5 hours or even more on a hard sell presentation.
