A week ago I ordered a front door and door furniture from this site. Spoke to them on the phone and they confirmed delivery. Door turned up and was wrong size. Took a complete extra day altering frame to fit. Letter box ordered at same time still hasn't turned up. They will tell you they are one of the best extended warranty companies on the web and they will tell you they are selling you a bumper to bumper warranty. Then you try to use it.
