I bought a Instruction kit for a job. They told me I could get my money back if it was not something I wanted to do. I read the book, talked to the
representation, Michael Holt, and even talked to his supervisor. After all that I told them it was not what they told me the job was originally and I wanted my money back. I left a message and the next day talked to Mr Holt, who told me that he had already put it through. That was in mid-January and I still don't have the money back. Now I know that $59.90 is not a lot of money to most people but I want my money back. I have a lawyer if need be, but I thought I'd try this first. read full review »

I ordered on March 9th. the complete dvd set of Wlker Texas Ranger and Dynasty a total of $254.55. On March 14th my fraud alert company called and said that Dvd collections and some one else tried to pull $254.55 and $255.88 all the information came form fraud alert. They said that most likely (and they have seen it before) DVD collections GAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO TO A THIRD PARTY!!! So beware I canceled my card and my order. I just ordered and received a zip up sweat shirt from them, it was a link from my school (Academy of Art University) paid $38. I am sorry, but it was worth maybe $5. The logo print was smeared and VERY faded. I wore it a few times and washed it. Well, apparently DO NOT WASH should be included in the how to take care of the sweat shirt because now the logo is almost invisible. THE WORST way to spend (waste) $38. This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. At 6 weeks they said they were in the warehouse ready to ship now at 7 weeks they are no where in site. You can not contact them by phone and they send out automated responses to emails. I helped my mother-in-law order from this site for my husband's Christmas gift, one of the movies we recieved was an animated version, I dismissed this as maybe I had pushed the wrong button. I got rockband and decided I needed two guitars which I ordered from gohastings.com First of all they did not arrive at the same time, second off the first one recieved was a guitar hero guitar!! Gave all info to file federal return. Before processing, 123 asked for credit card info to file state return. Their web site, the next day, stated my fed return had been rejected for a bogus reason. The phone ordering of the product was a nightmare. The so called "Customer Care" Team was a pain after refusing additional add ons twice. they asked again. I wanted the product so I went along. Took down the 30 day cancellation numbers. Cancellation was a nightmare as well. The phones were always tied up and e-mail replys were non responsive. I regret purchasing the product. The add ons were not easy to cancel it took up way too much time and effort. Because of the difficulty of cancellation I would call it a scam. But when i bought from China Hacker Union( Engineer Lee), they always deliever in time, and their leads is fresh and current. so i suggest not to buy anything from India, China is a real business country, Nigeria always import something from China, like phone, clothes...

Do Not patronize Hiland Cigars. Very rude sales lady, terrible cigars that are very dry and not well kept at all before sale. Most cigars are way over priced and frankly the sales lady is very rude and hard to deal with.
