They said it would be delivered in 7 - 15 business days. after several weeks of emails back and forth, the person named Andy, which I had been in contact with told me that the packages had been returned, and I would have a refund in 48 hours. Customer service number is disconnected (try it for yourself), and UPS can't deliver my sunglass return because there is nobody at the return merchandise address to receive the package. Funny, because they have a "No Hassel Returns Policy" posted on their site, but turns out they don't want returns at all. Terrible service. Posted them my tapes in November 2010 and heard nothing since. They've not even sent me an invoice for me to pay them, and I'm getting no response from my e-mails and phone calls. Rocky Bid.com is a penny auction site that seems to have gone bankrupt and is no longer available on the web. I can't get reimbursed for my unused bids that I paid about $600 for during Aug 2010. This site clained to be undergoing re-structural changes & shut down in Oct 2010 promising to be back in 2 or 3 months with bigger rewards, etc for its customer. I ordered a chip for my truck. What I received wasn't what I was looking for. They had a return policy on their website. I emailed them and after 2 emails, they sent me the required RA# I needed to return the item. I returned the item and haven't heard from them since. I've sent quite a few emails and also tried contacting them through their website and no response. It's been months now. There are quite a few complaints on the internet for these folks. It looked official enough, with all the reviews and safe internet payment, however, haven't received my order, the money has gone off my account, got an e-mail telling me my order was lost and would be re-posted, then they couldn't find my order, now they are just not answering any e-mails as they have my money. I paid $35 for a piece of crap that was dirty and scratched. I can, and will, buy a better one at Target for $8.99. Their rules for returns are so convoluted it turns out not only to be a pain in the neck, but cost 19.50 to return it by UPS (1 lb, same state). They refuse post office returns. Even though I had never heard of them, I found a cheap flight on their site and thought I'd give it a shot. What a waste and a pain. They sent me a confirmation number and everything and then at the bottom (thank goodness I checked) there was a note saying that it did not go through, that they were "having trouble with that airline getting correct flight information." This Jason Diaz lad has a really convincing website and advertises his machinery on numerous machinery magazines. Hes is a complete FRAUD! He first wants 10% as a deposit on the machine to be paid by Western Union (which is non trackable). Once he gets that he then requests 2000 dollars as import fees (!). Hes very smart this lad as he gives a tracking number with the shipping company to trace the machine. I purchased a gown from this site according to the size chart on how to measure yourself so as to avoid dissapointment. I did this & chose the standard size 12 as the measurements were actually an inch or so more than my measurements. Upon receiving the gown it was beautifully made but no where near a size 12. This site offers an online IQ test. There is no mention of any fee or payment. It is a very long test (it states half an hour but I took longer). At the end of the test you have to text an SMS to get a code, and then pay them £5 gbp to get your result! As of Feb.5, 2011 I have not received delivery of my purchase. I have left two voice messages and one email message regarding my order status and have never received a return phone call or email. Do NOT buy from this company! They are a scam! I should've listened to the first reviewer because they sent out the wrong belt size (like 10 inches longer!). It was not even the belt I ordered. So when I tried to return it I could not put tracking on the package because it is over seas so now they are saying they never got it. I'm going to dispute this with my credit card, but it has been a huge headache. Stick with known websites, don't try to save money because I ended up losing $70 in this case.
