I have had an ongoing complaint with Toys R Us business practices for over a year n0w, and it continues to get MUCH worse. Last year TRU bought e-toys, and during the Christmas Shopping season they would have Zhu Zhu pets at a lower price on the TRU website but were alway out of stock. Our company purchased a Crown RC3020 Electric Forklift that was stated as being "just serviced, runs great, newer tires, looks almost perfect". Also stated they could arrange freight for around $500 to most of the western US and to call for freight quote. Scott Beadles gave us a price of $3200 for the forklift and $396 for the freight, which we paid him with a check. I signed up for a "14 day free trial", which was stated all over the website only in very small print under terms did it state the trail period starts the day you order not the day you receive it and are actually able to try the product. I learned this the hard way by canceling on the 11th day of having the product. They told me it was actually day 16. When I objected to this stating the postmark on the envelope is was dated Nov. 10. Apparently it is a big scam to which I've fallen victim. I would not recommend using it under any circumstances. Everything seems to be legit but UPS tracking numbers are invalid, no phone calls are ever returned (voice message only). When one dismantled carton arrives from Moldova in a paper envelope with the corner ripped and a pack exposed of 6, even the mailman says the others were likely stolen. The choices of products were good. The problem is that they advertise "free shipping" but if something is wrong with it or you don't like it then you are stuck paying for all shipping. In addition, my product was labeled incorrectly, and the company saw that as my problem for not opening it and checking to see if it was what the packaging said or what I ordered. Then when you start asking about your order, they start making up reasons why your not recieving it or why it hasn't been shipped.
