Great Career Paths
SallyJoe January 10, 2009
A position was advertised on craigslist which stated to email the resume for immediate consideration. I'm usually a very cautious person, however when I sent my resume to the email account I received an email stating to click on the below website to finish my application process. I thought at first it was strange but the questions at first were standard: name, address, date of birth. However then it asked who your cell phone provider was and wanted you to give 3 references. I thought that was very strange and instead of typing in my... read full review »

ToysRUs.ca
Ian January 10, 2009
This is now the second time that I have tried to make a purchase with Toys R Us online here in Canada and unfortunately this is the second time in a row that I’ve had problems. In each instance ToysRUs wound up shipping me the wrong item, but the last instance was in a class all by itself: Several weeks before Christmas, my wife placed an order for an art easel for our son. We order a red one. Just before Christmas the easel arrives – unfortunately it is ‘hot pink’. My wife calls customer service. They... read full review »

FWM Laboratories and Acai Burn
Candy Kelly January 10, 2009
I purchased a 14-day trial from Acai Burn, for which I was charged shipping & handling. Three days after receiving the ordered pills from Acai Burn, another bottle arrived that was not ordered and the shipping and handling was taken from my account without authorization. The second bottle of pills were from FWM Laboratories and are called Acai Detox. I want to return both bottles, but have only the address for FWM, not Acai Burn. I've closed my bank account to prevent further charges by this company, assuming their product is as lousy as their business practices. read full review »

This started out at a website called Liveperson.com. This so called psychic and her "leader" named Audrey work in a "church". They promised me to do crystal spell work for me. They first started out small and then increase the need for money more and more. I sent them approx. $10, 000.00 to do spell work for me. I was suffering terribly and wanted honest help. These two ladies sent me pictures of the crystals and then of them "fracturing" and turning dark. They needed more money. I even got written... read full review »

My Fitness Mentor
tshort67 January 9, 2009
I did sign up for a free sample of the Tri-Slim, but I had a certain amount of days to cancel this program. I did call and cancel, however my fitness mentor told me they are a separate company and that they needed to be contacted directly. So I paid $29.99 twice for nothing. I asked the customer service agent, what I received for those payments, she indicated that I could use their website, unfortunately, I did not even know I was signed up for this. They would not credit the charges, but the service has now been cancelled. In my opinion this was a big scam, I am sure the fine print was so small you did not have a clue what you were getting into. read full review »

J.C. Penneys
Justin January 9, 2009
When paying, over paying for a delivery a customer should not expect that their product is left in the lobby of their high rise; when we pay for delivery as per the J.C. Penney's we expect delivery to be to the threshold of our appointments. I paid 210$ for delivery and woke up to discovery the were only delivering my sectional to my lobby and that I could take it up with the company but to expect no response. No response is exactly what I got. read full review »

I just nipped the acai berry scam in the bud. In one statement you can try the free trial for 15 days and cancel and keep the remaing amount. In another statement they say you must cancel and return the unused portion or you will receive additional shipments. The problem is, the shipping time is included in the trial period of 15 days. Stay away from BuyerZone.com. BuyerZone.com claims to provide fresh sales leads for various industries, but the leads we received from them were completely useless. Out of the first twenty-five (25) or so leads we received from BuyerZone.com, we were only able to make contact with one (1) prospect. I don't mean that we were able to close on one prospect. We were only able to initiate any discussion with one prospect. We paid $18.00 per lead, and our product is only $300 - $500, so you do the math on how well that worked out.
