Google Moneytree
On December 4, 2008, I answered an e-mail request from Google to try their Moneytree Kit. I gave my credit card information for the postage charge which came to Can$5.04. I never received the "Kit", a CD with no paperwork or instructions, until January 6, 2009.
My credit card statement shows a charge for Can$92.44 on my January statement. The charge is for the Google Moneytree Kit. I never gave Google permission to charge my credit card for that amount. Google claims that when I agreed to receive the kit, I also agreed to be charged the US$72.21, when in fact all I agreed to was to pay for the postage.

This company Phished me somehow when i tried to upgrade my Limewire (which I never had a problem with) and ended up screwing me for 90 bucks. I was led to believe I was upgrading limewire; when i downloaded it it came up as sharepro. I had never even heard of sharepro, thought maybe limewire had been bought out. PMI Identity Co.
I was on another website that was not PMI Identity Co.that offered credit report and score for $1.00 with the option to cancel within seven days. I canceled immediately within two minutes because I accidently hit accept. I even have a confirmation saved on my email that it was canceled, I get a nsf from my bank stating that PMI Identity Co. deducted $29.95 from my checking account. I can not afford this deduction I put the cancellation in writing and by phone (computer) and no answer. I will close my account before I continue to fill these criminals pockets. FCM Fulfillment
I ordered a "Free Trial" of Acuberry, authorizing a charge of $3.91 to my credit card. I received a package in the mail, unknowingly, calling to inquire what it was. I was told by a representative of FCM Fulfillment that a charge of $89.31 was charged to my credit card and there was nothing I could do about it! I am returning the pills and disputing this charge. On 15 October 2008, I used Google to find an online seller of a small stuffed frog that my son has grown attached to. The frogs are called My Special Blankie, Dottie Dots Frog by Gund.
The website GotBears.com came up as a seller of the item. They listed it as item number BG-58232-000-0800 selling for $16. I ordered two and was also charged $11.50 in shipping. I received a confirmation of my sale on October 16, 2008. That was the last contact the seller made with me.

About 2 weeks before Christmas, I ordered the $19.95 2-Snuggie with Booklite offer by telephone, the number provided in the advertisement on TV. A recorded person did not confirm my order ever, but kept trying to upsell me on more Snuggies and various items they were hawking. I did finally order one of those Sound Enhancers that is supposed to amplify sound, again for a reduced price. After checking my bank statement, I found another number, which I called: 866-376-4078. It was answered immediately, and since I was within the 10 days specified under the Terms and Conditions listed on the website, I was able to cancel any future transactions.
