Avoid these people at all costs. This internet and especially EBay seller is a nasty piece of work. Just check their negative feedback on Ebay: 60+ complaints in the last month, nearly 500 in the last year. Many are for nonreceipt of merchandise which is the problem I had with them. This company is fraud, Advance Telecom Inc. made a transaction on my paypal account and took $19.44 out of my account without mu autorization. I still haven't got a refund. I did sign up for a free sample of the Tri-Slim, but I had a certain amount of days to cancel this program. I did call and cancel, however my fitness mentor told me they are a separate company and that they needed to be contacted directly. So I paid $29.99 twice for nothing.
