Famous Wears.com
Eline January 12, 2009
I placed an order with famouswears.com on December 13, 2008 and was told by email, I would receive my order in 10-12 business days. I received a order form with an order number, but as of January 7, 2009 no order. These People are nothing but a rip off. I have emailed them and no response what so ever. They also told me that I would receive a tracking number within 8 days, then to turn around and say all in the same sentence that I would get a tracking number on the day my order is shipped out. With me being so excited about ordering my mother... read full review »

FindingKing
Bobby January 12, 2009
Avoid these people at all costs. This internet and especially EBay seller is a nasty piece of work. Just check their negative feedback on Ebay: 60+ complaints in the last month, nearly 500 in the last year. Many are for nonreceipt of merchandise which is the problem I had with them. Items ordered Nov 25th were never received. USPS Delivery confirmation tracking showed that the items were returned to them 4 weeks after mailing. Findingking admitted as much in an email yet they would neither remail the items nor refund my payment ostensibly... read full review »

After 3 e-mail complaints and several messages on their voicemail, I still have not heard anything back. I have been doing this for the last 10 days, and have been receivng confirmation e-mails that a customer service rep will respond with 48 hours. This still has not happened. This was the warning sent out in November by the FDA regarding a new online/phone scam going on. In the warning, they do not give any specific sites, but it just happened to me last week with www.pharmacy-leader.com. Here is an excerpt from the FDA's warning: "If you’re shopping for medication on the Internet, you probably want to save money, not lose it. So if you get a call from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) busting you for an international purchase, just hang up. It seems that some drug counterfeiters and... read full review »

valspar January 11, 2009
They have a very inticing and professional looking website and offer an email password hacking software for $499.00. They even give you an 800# to call them to get information on their products, when you call it, a recording comes on like it is going to connect you to the next available customer representative and no one ever comes on the line. It then takes you to a voice mail in which you leave a message. No one ever returns a call. They also have an email address and at the beginning they respond very quickly, but then when you ask for... read full review »

A position was advertised on craigslist which stated to email the resume for immediate consideration. I'm usually a very cautious person, however when I sent my resume to the email account I received an email stating to click on the below website to finish my application process. I thought at first it was strange but the questions at first were standard: name, address, date of birth. However then it asked who your cell phone provider was and wanted you to give 3 references. This is now the second time that I have tried to make a purchase with Toys R Us online here in Canada and unfortunately this is the second time in a row that I’ve had problems. In each instance ToysRUs wound up shipping me the wrong item, but the last instance was in a class all by itself: Several weeks before Christmas, my wife placed an order for an art easel for our son. We order a red one. Just before Christmas the easel arrives – unfortunately it is ‘hot pink’. My wife calls customer service. They... read full review »

This started out at a website called Liveperson.com. This so called psychic and her "leader" named Audrey work in a "church". They promised me to do crystal spell work for me. They first started out small and then increase the need for money more and more. I sent them approx. $10, 000.00 to do spell work for me. I was suffering terribly and wanted honest help. I paid this woman $10, 000 to do significant spell work for me over a 3 month period. My Fitness Mentor
tshort67 January 9, 2009
I did sign up for a free sample of the Tri-Slim, but I had a certain amount of days to cancel this program. I did call and cancel, however my fitness mentor told me they are a separate company and that they needed to be contacted directly. So I paid $29.99 twice for nothing. I asked the customer service agent, what I received for those payments, she indicated that I could use their website, unfortunately, I did not even know I was signed up for this. They would not credit the charges, but the service has now been cancelled. In my opinion this was a big scam, I am sure the fine print was so small you did not have a clue what you were getting into. read full review »
