I ordered shoes from this company online that I needed for a dance recital. I placed the order 6 weeks prior to the recital. 2 weeks after the order was placed I received an email that the shoes were on back order for another 5 weeks. Website ordering is very misleading and confusing. I didn't want the vacuum but accidentally ordered it. I immediately followed their posted procedures to cancel it, but it was sent to me anyway.
