I was notified from the British Toyota Lottery that I was a win- ner on 11/30/07. I have paid almost $1, 900 in fees. Each time they ask for money there is a promise of delivering a Toyota Prius and 250, 000 GBP. This last notice that I received was that I am to pay $600 for the delivery men's room. It's been close to 2 weeks since I first opened my account and it's still not working. 3 times I was promised a phone call from a supervisor. I am still waiting. Their customer services representatives are useless. I was denied talking to supervisor. Emails to customer service have gone un-responded. I just learned something. I signed up for a free trial at Ancestor.com. Had to give them a credit card which wouldn’t be charged if I cancelled within 14 days. I tried to cancel today and went through all the steps, but it felt like when I was done it wasn’t complete. Customer service horrible. I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping, and 3 days later still no package. I call and they say items on backorder, so I cancel the order. Then they go ahead and charge my credit card, refusing to refund my money, then decide to ship my package almost 3 weeks later. I purchased 32 Qualcast lawn rake tines, Order No. OH3892316, for which they advertised and invoiced quantities of 8 in a packet.
