RapidKL is a very inefficient and terrible public transportation company in the country. Since the consortium was established and government involvement, all the bus routes that it has taken over has become a mess. They have changed the routes, ticket system and the types of buses but they still have not been able to provide a satisfactory service to the public/commuters. Maxis has a TERRIBLE, WEAK and SLOW connection. From what I hear and many other complaints it is the worst in the country. It only works on the average of 1Mb/s but usually less than that most of the time. Also, it gets disconnected often during use and the signal strength is very inconsistent. I would advise other consumers to CHANGE their Internet providers and also tell others to NOT SUBSCRIBE to Maxis' services. My daughter was, until today, being taught swimming privately at our condominium by a female teacher from Nemo Academy in Kuala Lumpur.
