Dario Kovacic September 17, 2009
I would like to bring to attention that i was refused to rebook a flight from Singapore to Bali booked 16/09/2009 to 17/09/2009 under the basis it was outside the 48 hour period for changing bookings. As it happens I left Bali to Singapore 14/09/2009 12.35pm and landed in singapore 1610 approx. by the time out of customs and to hotel found that my paperwork for visa was not through and would need to possibly stay extra day in singapore but woould be confirmed the following day. Singapore Post
kai2006 September 17, 2009
Really am up to the neck with Singpost. They used to be efficient, but now sucks big time. It can take almost one week or more for me to receive my parcels (last time the turnaround time was 1-2 days only), and can even tell me they cannot locate the parcel (what!! after 1 week still cannot locate??, and how come they can locate parcel A, which was send out from overseas at the same time, and arrive in Singapore at the same time with parcel B, they cannot do so for parcel B? And I even got a lame excuse saying both parcels are send by Sea... read full review »

I was just looking around for notebooks and specs. I have asked around Dell about their Alienware, pricey, but that's what I want, a bleeding edge high end notebook that'll usable in couple of years in future. Set up my mind buying an alienware next month. Then I scout around at MSI booth I spotted MSI GT 628 gaming notebook. I ask the salesperson everything, then we went into the pricing. Sales A is young. Prolly in college or something. Sales B is kind of at the age of 30 something. Sales C is the head who stand by at the... read full review »

Let me share my terrible shipping experience using comgateway. I have ordered an few products from some US online shops, and I would like to use the "Delivery For Me" service provided by comgateway. (Comgateway will provide an address for storage, and then ship the packages international) After all my packages have arrived comgateway, and I would like to pay for the shipping fee/service charge. Speedpost is nasty and you see they will still be there!! Their management do nothing and still well protected by government. The managers are a bunch of useless fatties who is hiding behind petty front line that handle complains. The fastest speed post is 14 days to U.S from my experiences. For local delivery, I would say 1 week? Basically, they are not going to update the status or even do your package until you complain like mad! Throw them tantrum and you can see some update.. But watch out, your package will arrive in pieces.. been... read full review »

Air Asia Singapore
andrew kho September 1, 2009
On 10Aug'09, my fiancee and myself tried to check in for our flight to Phuket. However, I was barred from checking-in because the counter claimed my passport to have 1 day less than 6 month before expiry (my passport expiry date was 9 Feb 2010). We were shocked for the rejection to board and the very unhelpful service from AirAsia. No solution/assistance was actively shown to us who have paid for the tickets! We as customers who have paid for the tickets should not deserve such a push-away attitude. We are not convinced that the "1... read full review »

Roomful of Blues
ServiceWorks August 26, 2009
I give a standing ovation with the current strong emphasis on Service Excellence and the tremendous support by Government bodies, pumping money into organizations to bring service to a higher standing. However, some organizations turn a blind eye to it and probably rule that all customers are difficult and no amount of service could surmount it. Recently, I am appalled having to experience the worst service ever in a Nightspot. "Roomful of Blues" at 72 Prinsep Street has been thought of as a wonderful chill out place for many, or so... read full review »

Ivy was sent by Whitelink to do make up during the wedding day. We are extremely angry because she charged us for the cosmestics. Actually, the cost should have been included in the wedding package. When we asked her a question, we were humiliated by her! Better don't visit Whitelink (Eunos). If you want to purchase your wedding package from Whitelink, insist that Ivy will not do the makeup. I have never been so badly treated by and facility that is supposed to be supplying a service to the consumer !!! We went to this restaurant to watch some sport. The Service we received was nothing to write home about, it was scarce and hard to find. I sent my BRIGHT ORANGE Akira Isogawa jacket (worth more than $700) for dry cleaning on 26th May at the Shenton Way outlet. When it came back on 1st June, to my horror, it TURNED DULL RED and looked as if it's been worn over a hundred times. It was in pristine condition when I sent it in, as I've only WORN IT ONCE prior to the dry clean. Lily from Hong Tai was the tour leader for our tour. She really lacks the knowledge in this area. Give us extremely poor service. If she does not know how to deal with customer matters, better tell us instead of giving us the wrong info. So we got scolded by the local tour guide because we take Lily's words for it. In another occasion, when I am ontime back to the meeting place, she talked very loudly and I was very humiliated because everyone thought I am late. No doubt I am the last one but it does not mean I am late. I am extremely unhappy with this tour because of her. read full review »
