On 22 March 2010 I lost my mobile phone, I reported the lost phone to MTN (083 1 808) and the phone was blacklisted whilst I was on the phone with MTN. Netcare Blaauwberg's ICU is terribly understaffed. Though they have some fantastic staff there, they have very few qualified ICU nurses/sisters and it shows in the amount of care they provide. During the day (visiting hours) the place is swarming with attentive staff. At night they are on a skeleton staff. The day after the budget speach, when the minister of finance announced the increase in sin taxes, retailers decided that it is a good idea to immediately raise the prices of their ciggarettes. In August 2009 my family stayed at this hotel and won accommodation vouchers in their birthday promo. We were told that we could stay anytime and simply make a booking and present our voucher on check in. I did this. We arrived on Saturday 20th Feb at 3pm. On Friday 12 February we were on the M1 South near the Houghton off ramp. We noticed a bus driving dangerously close to a mercedes in the fast land - it was peak hour traffic. I have received two huge Vodacom bills for October and November 2009 amounting to R8500 for the two months. Since 2007 I have the 500 meg contract of R249 per month and ONLY paid that amount untill receiving this HUGE amounts.
