I placed an order online for a Ab Circle Pro machine on 10th May 2011. with this Company and paid by debit card the money was taken out of my bank account within 3days of placing the order. I received an e-mail from them on 18th May saying that due to a sudden surge of sales they had become out of stock. Came into contact with this company through promotion in Debenhams store Newcatle (contacted HO not dealing with this company any more). This company has still not refunded me the £42.36 it owes me for cancelling my membership. After losing my key and them failing to send out a replacement after 6 weeks (!!!) of my request (it should take a max of 5 days) they finally promised to issue a refund although I was outside the 8 week cooling off period of product purchase (clearly because they hadn't sent me a replacement in time!!). I received my proaction tablets on the 6th of June, but had money took out on the 15th june before my 14 day trial was up. On the 17th june i went to doctors and was taken off them due to some strong drugs i was put on. Tried to ring that night several times but was not answered. My credit card was debited for the sum of £71.98 with no authority from me. I was coned into the same payment last year following a phone call saying that there was a problem with my computer. I was told that this payment was for 1 year there was no mention of it being for any longer. I am a pensioner and this is a lot of money to me. I have also been ripped off by Esources. I took a years subscription out January 2010 and didnt read the small print (there was pages and pages of it). I didn’t realize that my years subscriptions was on auto renewal and they would debit my Paypal account the following year. I started completed online surveys with YouGov UK I think around 2007. After completing an awful lot of surveys I had an account balance of £26 in Sept 2009. Since that date I have not had one single paid survey to complete, only unpaid surveys. Hi, I accidentally booked I week ahead and when I arrived at check-in they charged me 75 GBP to change the date. Fair enough, it was my fault but I still think 75 is excessive. It's not like it costs them anything. On top of that, without any warning at check in when you arrive at boarding gate they start weighing your hand luggage and you have to pay 10GBP for every kg of over 7. I ended up paying another 70.
