However, the DVDs arrived from an address in China, the box is broken in transit, the first DVD plays but is clearly a pirated copy with adverts breaking in, and the sound is out of sync with the mouths. I paid 100 GBP for a D&G watch on ebay that was sent to me with faulty parts- it did not work and the watchsmith explained it was not the battery but the mechanism that was faulty. Our parcel from Vistaprint (250 leaflets in a paper box), were delivered at the completely wrong address. Because the people living there didn't happen to be in, the courier left our parcel by their fence and tossed a "sorry I missed you" card through their door. They happened to be away in holidays so two weeks after they brought our parcel to the right address (as it was clearly written on it) apologising for its soggy state. It was left in the rain for two weeks, the leaflets are utterly spoilt, and the courier, DEAN is not answering his mobile. This company rings up and says that you are in the wrong council tax banding and that you are owed X amount over X amount of years due to the council tax offices employing students and incorrectly banding houses. A solicitors fee of £165 will be paid and 2 contracts sent out to you, once of which must be returned to the company. You don't receive a contract and never get the people you speak to in the first place like "Robert Bax" or "Wendy Smith" or if you ever get him out of his meeting "John the Accountant" well good luck to you!!! a recent change to how this game works has been made and many items have been taken from accounts who have paid money in most occasions to accrue these assets! the items are queens/kings heros in the game. They are claiming it was a glitch in their system but as this has been existing for many years people took it as part of the game. I feel they are abusing their power and should not be able to do this.
