The most appalling customer service I have ever had. Rude staff, poor levels of intelligence, scruffy and shocking attitude to customers. I've had a look @ My tesco's credit card as had unathoutharised transaction on a couple of other cards. I noticed that i was always overdrawn on the card & wondered why, thought the amounts were from christmas. I would like to complain about the taking the Bill off the television. You say that the viewing has dropped, but of course it has you have put it back to 9oclock. It was much better when it was on at 80clock. And also over the last few weeks it has been pulled from the viewing because of the football.
