I purchased this T.V. June 2010, three months later it went haywire. It was past the 60 days to return for a full refund. Lucky I took out the extended warranty. I would like to put a formal complaint against Atomic Shuttles in Christchurch. I was scheduled to travel with Atomic booked shuttle service for round trip transportation service to Lake Tekapo departing Feb 23, 2011 and returning Feb 24, 2011 through the ISite. I cannot warn you strongly enough to stay far away from this monitoring service. After our contract was purchased by this company they renewed our contract without notifying us. Apparently it was in the small print that they could do this but our prior alarm company always asked for our permission before renewing our contract. Needing a large vehicle to accomodate my family and our luggage, I was able to get a Caravelle from Budget in Galway (via Kemwel). Affordable Seating promised 7 - 14 day delivery. I had to open on May 14th so I ordered on May 2nd. They said they could meet May 14th, then came back and said no, it would be June 9th. I would suggest anyone not buy a Pre-owned "Certified" Ford from Keith Hawthorne Ford in Charlotte, NC. In my experience they do not put them through the Ford 169 point inspection. I bought one which had three issues that would not have been there if they had properly inspected. Two they fixed since I caught them in time but the 3rd is my problem according the Ford Motor Company and Keith Hawthorne Ford. Buyers beware!!! The service manager actually misrepresented the facts as did Ford Corporate legal to the Better Business Bureau. I took my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix to Mataga GMC in Stockton. I was told that my catalitic converter was bad, so my mom and I purchased a new one from Kragen Auto Parts|. One of the conditions of my extended warranty with Choice Manufacturing Co. (which I took out in 2007 for $1, 795. for 5 years) was that my vehicle was to be serviced no more than 5, 000 miles between oil changes. In October 2009 we drove to Southern California and back, a distance of approximately 1700-1800 miles. I went to go get my transmission drained and refilled at Payless Auto Repair. I watched the mechanic through the whole process and noticed when he was putting the new transmission fluid into my car it looked like a pink milkshake creamy and light pink. Sent my HTC phone in to HTC within the warranty. The phone had a crackling speaker. 4 months later HTC calls and tells me my phone has water damage and the LCD is bad and it is $190 to replace it. I told them they must have called the wrong person because my phone has a bad speaker and was never wet (2nd bad speaker btw).
