Three years ago, I paid Omnibiz Solutions $5, 000; which was a percentage of my "estimate" of what I would make my first year, all the while being told I would make lots of money, yet not fully knowing the type of business I was getting into. The hotel was dirty and over booked. That was not the major complaint. Four days after I left the hotel there was a $250.00 charge. The hotel said I smoked in a non-smoking room. When I explained that I was there to run in the local marathon and I'm not a smoker, the manager (over paid cashier) refused to refund the fee.
