For almost a year this company has continually been charging $26.99 on my debit card without my authorization. They say they internally blocked my card number to all their companies, would reimburse me via check, etc and nothing yet. I personally went to my bank and discovered they linked my card to an old and already discontinued card that's why we couldn't identify which debit card was being used. This "Fusion" kayak is made for fresh water and ocean kayaking, The problem is that it has a design flaw that is especially dangerous if you take on any water. In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site. Morgage broker David Query mislead me on serveral matters regarding my refunds for a refinance of my home. This company's employs real estate agents that are unaware of current HUD laws and mislead me in to beliveing I would receive substantial refunds if I refinanced my home mortgage with his company. I stained my deck with Cabot solid-color water-based Deck Stain in September 2010. I followed the exact instructions given by the hardware store selling the product. I ordered Swiss Army fragrance last December as a gift for the New Year, got it in original, sealed box and when open it was a proximity of the original product.
