Booked 2 managers into Clarion Hotel through Hotels.com. Their flight was delayed and they didn't arrive at the hotel until 2:00 am anxious for 4 hours of sleep prior to a scheduled meeting. Purchased 18x52" metal frame pool April 2009 for $1000. Set-up said to be easy, did not warn the ground prep needed. Mid May finally done with ground prep, set up- leaked immediately. This company keeps calling me and informing me that I have an outstanding payday loan with Cash Advance USA. This is not true, I have never done business with Cash Advance USA. Found a fantastic price on a used Lifepak 15 - $16, 499. Company insisted on pre-payment. Mailed them a check, they stated that item was being packed to ship a week ago. They cashed the check and no one at their office can say where the item is - they only will confirm it was not shipped. No returned phone calls to me or our attorney. These people have taken over the processing of claims from USCT in Basking Ridge New Jersey. This occured several months ago and they still have not processed my dental claim. These claims are in some cases a year old and in two others they are about to be a year old. I tried to fax the bills to them along with a letter, but I can't through to the fax. Sent two employees to a dental class in Emporia, KS. Office paid for hotel. First weekend the hotel was fair. The second weekend the room was terrible. Sheets weren't very clean and wouldn't stay on bed as they slept, no mattress pad, rolly pollys in the bathroom, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Worse yet was the room was infested. I bought cute yellow shoes for over $ 200.00 because they claimed they were made for comfort. I was at the Venetian Hotel shops. My Chevy cruze eco is being advertised at 40mpg. I have been getting only 35mpg. Car has 5300 miles on it so it is broken in, This is in combination driving ( expressway, rural/city areas) My last car Toyota Corolla 2009 was getting 38mpg and my Hyndai Elantra 2001 was getting 36mpg for same type of driving style. Have had money dudected from account for FAMILYSAVECOM. One charge 11.98 and the other 3.98. Called the first time to let them know that I did not want their services and the credited back 3 months worthy and told me they would cancel membership. Now all of a sudden they are withdrawing from the account again. They gave me 3 months of credit back and have cancelled the membership. This time I have an agents name and employee number along with a confirmation number. Hopefully this will work and a report to the better business bureau.
