Plumbers did some initial work and never showed up to finish the job. They left us waiting for more than a week not returning phone calls and making all kind of possible and imaginable excuse not to show up. Their work was also not clean with many debries left behind. I was on the phone with Neil Sanders and I think I heard him mumble something under his breath which shouldn't be repeated. He called me up out of the blue the other day to see if I was interested in selling another timeshare I owned. He was the rep I had at Alliance Title Service back in 09 and although it took a while to get paid, I had to listen to his rants and analogies that don't make much sense for weeks when I waited for my money. We fell behind by 3 months on our boat loan last year and subsequently the boat was reposesed in June 2010. Within 1 week I was able to settle with GEMB and pay all of the back payments, the repo fees, etc. The balance on the boat I was told was $22, 000.00 if I wanted to pay it off. Since the repo, we made arrangements to have the funds automatically deducted from our bank account, therefore leaving no room for delinquency or late fees. After being on an internet plan for $49 a month, Verizon wireless offered a $20 a month Galaxy Tab plan. When I called to ask if I could switch I was told I could. Shortly thereafter I was told that I could not use that data plan. I was not offered a retention specialist. I informed them I would pay $20 a month (the Galaxy Plan) until my termination fee was covered. I applied for a us passport 4 months ago and all I got was a letter asking me for more identifying documents since my drivers license is not enough proof of who I am so they said. The advisor seemed professional and I was offered a loan of £500 which would be in my account within 3-5 working days.
