Every single day, without fail, I get calls from 517-679-0754 (sometimes two times a day if I do not answer). I have repeatedly told the solicitors to remove my name and nine times out of ten they have hung up on me. My daughter told me if I call back the number, customer service will come on and I can delete my number. I now do that everytime they call and they still continue to call. What do I have to do, change my phone number to get off this list. We are in our 80's and I have also repeatedly told them that my husband has Leukemia and whatever we can afford to donate goes to them because they help us. read full review »

I ordered for a laptop from Xiaodongrade (www.xiaodongarde.com), and just after i finished paying i was told they don't have an english copy, so i decided to ask for memory cards and sticks in place since i also needed them, i was soon given an EMS shipping number.

Called sears for freezer fix on frig. Made me wait 1 week before they could come out. Took off work on the day and they never showed. They told me they could reschedule for the following week. 2 weeks without freezer/frig. That is ridiculous. Carry ice and coolers every night is crazy. Their truck broke down. So fine, I should be first for the next day. Oh No. That is not our policy. Will nevr ever buy form Sears again.

I ordered a $1.97 disk I think from google and when I got my bank statement there were aditional charges than I have no clue what they are for. One was dated 5-4-09 for $77.82 and the other one is dated 5-6 for $38.34. all it says on my statement is A1 Member and gave a phone number 866-200-5473. There is noticeable glue, and sloppy stitching which attaches the rear Ugg tag to the back of the boot. I brought it to an authorized Ugg dealer and they have verified the product is counterfeit. They will not accept the return of their producte and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I have experienced very poor service from RBC who kept on misleading me for more than 2 months to perform simple banking task, which any other bank could have done in less than 30 minutes.
Bank staff at this branch kept on making excuses and various reasons for not performing the work. Every time I visited their branch, I found staff is rather more busy in having personal family discussions at work, while customer is on counter. Was then told it was shipped THL courrier service. They were new to Ebay so paypal only cover up to $200. I did not end up adopting from her because I was not comfortable with the high volume of dogs that she has been 'selling' and that the majority of them 'have been rescued from puppy mills that have been closed down.'
