Add Sony to the shit list that Delta is on right now...My husband's laptop crashed approximately 2 months ago while he's been deployed. Sony sent a letter in the mail stating that his warranty expires on July 18th. After calling them and explaining to them that he was deployed and we didn't have a way to get it to them because he won't be home before the warranty expires, they told me I'll have to pay either $190.75 for another year of the warranty or $402.75 for a 3 year warranty. Bought a 42" HP Plasma TV and had it worked on a couple of times. This was by far the worst TV I have ever owned. The weight and heat it generated was over the top. Once it started having problems the picture quility went down and the HP was burned into the screen. The unit finally went out again and we had enough and bought a new TV. 3 weeks ago the manager was yelling to have everyone leave at the close of day. I asked him not to yell because it was demeaning. I live near this brother and sister owned auto repair shop and I carried a tire there and used their air hose to inflate it. I then returned home and installed it on the car and returned with one more tire and an air tank. I waited until a neighbor put air in his tires, (who incurred no charges), and then I inflated the second tire and put air in my air tank. The payment Due Date on the MasterCard Statement states "Payment Due Date June 13, 2011". However, when I went to pay this, after I got off work at 5pm Mountain Time, There was a little note that I only had until 7pm Eastern Time to pay, otherwise if it was paid after 7pm eastern time, it wouldn't post until June 14th.
