Century Link has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with . The people I talk to make promises, then when my bill comes it is totally different. When I called the number associated with this company, I was informed that it would take up to 5 days to correct an credit the amount back to my account. I contracted with Four Elements Landscape and Irrigation in Denver to do several landscaping projects at my home. They did not remove all of the gravel I asked them to and it ended up being strewn across my yard.
