I listed an apartment for sale on this site. When we sold the house the apartment was attached to I forgot all about the listing because I wasn't getting phone calls about it. I have emailed the owner for over 3 months now and was told that the add would be taken down as I no longer even own the phone number! Netfirms wrongfully charged my financial account for web hosting that I did not purchase. This resulted in a negative bank balance on my behalf and cost me much heartache and aggravation. A week ago I ordered a front door and door furniture from this site. Spoke to them on the phone and they confirmed delivery. Door turned up and was wrong size. Took a complete extra day altering frame to fit. Letter box ordered at same time still hasn't turned up. I received a package of recipe cards in the mail. It was actually sent to an old address I had moved from in 2009, but USPS forwarded it to me. The cards had the usual offer to subscribe for more, get free gifts, and such. Also in the package was an invoice for 0.99 for the cards they sent. I was left a message on my work phone that a 'Joe' was calling to collect a bad debt and that I had better call back today or else. When I called the firm, he would not tell me why he called, questioned the address he called and suddenly said he 'must have made a mistake' it 'must have gotten the wrong person'.
