Have been unable to use my DELL XPS for over 1 1/2 due to the defective video cards they put in them and have had to wait for the class action suit against DELL to be finalized that required them to replace it. I C Sytem Inc has put a current/active/ seriously past due report on my credit report Jan 2011. The account was discharged in a Bankruptcy in 2009.
