PC Wood Floors located at 121 31st Brooklyn, NY, wants people to PAY for someone to come and see defective floor. After 2 months, my wood flooring started to chip, dent and scratch. All I wanted was someone to come and see floor to determine if it was defective.(I believe it was defective) It took months of communication for someone to tell me that I Must Pay for someone to come to see floor. We purchased a Hayward 400, 00o btu heater on February 23, 2011 and it still show an IF error code all the time after several days back and forth for the company who installed it. I charged the camera battery. And it would not take a picture.They told me to try charging it again. I took two pics and then it died again. I believe this battery was dead and of poor quality. 2010 FEDERAL 1040 RETURN - 1) does not import previous year's data correctly; 2) did not correctly accept data for 1099-R - had to re-enter data. 3) last, but more importantly, crashed and would not print and Windows XP Task Manager remarked "Not responding" repeatedly; 4) waited for 30 minutes on their toll free help line 800-472-5625 and gave up. When i call certegy all they could tell me was that the system declined my check because of so many checks being wrote that are not good. I wanted to know what that had to do with me. Friendly reminder- Walmart lost my business four years ago when I attempted to return a Sony desk model stereo. It developed an electronic intermittent problem. Tried to order as advertised on TV. Phone was automated and after giving credit card information(first), the telephone order turned into a nightmare. TV Ad misrepresented items that you receive for costs as advertised. I worked for Field Asset Services for 4 years. At first they paid on time and paid the entire invoice amount. The last year they would wait until the work was done and the photos were uploaded and then start with we were missing photos or there was not enought to support the work done.
