I purchased laminated flooring and had their workmen put it in. They did a poor job as far as the cuts around the door frames. you could see huge gaps. Also there were gaps at the walls that even the base boards could not hide. Last month I didn't receive a statement from Barclays for my LL Bean Credit card. This month I see a 50% service fee added to the statement. I tried three times to talk to a manager but they just happened not to be there at 9AM, 1PM or 7PM EST, customer service is located in Colorado. Every time I called, all I was told that a manager had reviewed my case and all charges applied. I purchased a 2000 Volkswagen New Beetle from this business as is. After driving the vehicle for one day the check engine light came on. The vehicle was over heating. It has been over a month since I received my tax refund which was deposited into a prepaid account with Green Dot. I filed my taxes through Turbo Tax and chose this option because they advertised it as being faster option. The alternative would have been to wait about 4 weeks for the IRS to mail me a check. Old Republic Home Protection does not pay on there claims. I had a working A/C when I bought the property and I purchased the ORHP warranty. Shortly after I closed the property, the A/C failed. I had a Home Inspection Report that indicated that the A/C was working but Old Republic still refused to pay the claim siting that the claim was a pre-existing condition, Even though the policy clearly states that pre-existing conditions are covered. Fees are ridiculous and almost impossible to close an acct. Credit Card--back of statement reads "if full amount paid no incurring interest will be charged." WRONG!!!
