They must be running a night after hours club illegally. They play music real loud every Friday night and Saturday night unitl 4 in the morning. I have told everone that works at the hotel and I even told an inspector of the building what was going on. Building inspector asked me if I think it is the security people at the hotel. I have been told to call the police if I have a problem. I have been told to knock on the door. I cannot do any of these things on my own. And the music is also played on weekdays. Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer. In addition to all the pain they caused me, I now have to pay for the extended coverage bills they were supposed to cover. Very cruel and unethical!
