After receiving (late) a "rebuilt" transmission from J.R. at Toms River Transmissions the real problems began. First off, don't be as stupid as I was and pay via check in advance as J.R. requires. I got a loan with Americredit back in 2005 on a 2004 truck.The interest was at 17% very high at the time. I have made every payment on time, have never missed a month.I called them in Nov. of 2010 to see if they could help me by lowering the interest rate since I haven't missed any payments and have been on time every month.The truck will be paid off in 1 1/2 years. I just purchased an 03 F250 7.3 diesel last week Feb 3 2011. Love the truck but has a bad fuel tank sending unit and throttle pedal. Plus leaking fuel at the fuel filter housing. I purchased Washer & Dryer. The sales lady who happens to be the evening manager also sold me two kits. One was pair of hoses for the washer, and other kit included the VENT and the electrical cable for the dryer. During the installation, the W/D had to be moved around couple of times to fit the area, and the vent kept popping out from the dryer end. Dixie Homecrafters installed The GutterGuardian System on my home 7/25/09. I have repeatedly complained about the water dripping from the gutter system when it rains, snows or sleets. They have sent reps out that say there is nothing wrong with the system and that the dripping is a random incident or that there is not enough water falling to wet the paint on the gutter cover to wick the water into the gutter. Fell a couple payments behind on a car loan. Started working again to repay and bring current. There is a line in the contract I signed that states appearently they can cancel the entire loan if the payments fall 100 days behind. I bought a used car there over two months ago. When I purchased the car I was told it had a remote entry. I was also told they would replace the sun visors and the broken rear view mirror. Does anyone know if this online retail site just shut down? Did they go belly-up? I see a lot of customers were left hanging, unable to make returns and seeing unaccounted for debts on their credit cards.
