This company has you sign up for Grant help. You pay 2.97 for an account. I never got any information online and was then charged "57.61". I called the 1-800 number and they offered to give me a refund of $40. I told them this was unacceptable, because it put my bank account in the negatives. They then offered me an e-mail address where I could receive the full amount- just by e-mailing them. Apparently it takes 5-7 business days to post back to your account. Scam! Offer same product as everyone else but charge 3x as much. Lock you into a 3 year contract. Looks for decent credit score so you don't want to ruin it by breaking contract. Treat employees like crap and won't even give them discount on services, cheats on commission and refuse to give their tax id no. This company treats it's employees horribly. They never delivered peoples paychecks on time. Their pay weeks are weird, instead of the typical every two weeks it's the 15th and the last day of every month, which makes it impossible to know if your paycheck is correct. This company is bogus. I purchased cell phone spyware that didn't work at all. The website initally claimed 10 day money back guarantee, I called and sent an e-mail within the first two days of purchase. I called several times before I was able to get in contact with someone. EF is a cheating education company that don't promise what they did to student. My kid registered the trip to South Afica June, 2010. My kid paid deposit and if he wants to go the trip, my kid need to send EF a confirmation letter. But he decided not to continue this program. According to the contract, I will lose the deposit which is $99. But EF charged from my bank account another $1072(Total $1171). We phone EF and ask to refund the money to me. Ms. Cohen has a small firm in Philadelphia. Do not even consider calling this firm as they literally steal money over the phone!!! They have a nice scam going where they ask you for your credit card number in order to confirm you have the money to pay for legal fees. My girlfriend and I signed a lease effective until 7.1.2011, however when we received a copy of our lease in the mail it was clearly doctored and read 7.31.2011!! Our dishwasher panel shorted out 3 times between Oct 2010 and Aug 2011 and was unsuccessfully repaired by their contractor each time but the last. I had paid $110 for two previous unsuccessful co-pay attempts to fix the dishwasher and then the final $55 for the last fix. First American says the repairs were separate and distinctly different. They performed the classic bait and switch with the cost, quality and service. Originally was supose to cost $1495 for complete rebuild. Final cost $2500, plus another $400 in costs after the improper work was done. My engine had 255, 000 miles and ran perfect.
